who is vvasa33?

hey, i'm vvasa33! i'm a computer science major that's been coding for quite a while now. in the real world, i'm a startup founder and do a ton of software and cybersecurity stuff.

why make this?

in my real stuff, i've been using too much AI. it's not like i have much of a choice, but it was a bit annoying and i wanted a break from it. this site is built completely from basic programming languages and doesn't use any AI. i've also always loved the 2000's aesthetic of websites, so this is my best attempt at making something like that. i've taken inspiration from the Aesthetics Wiki and countless other sites on neocities, all of which you can find site buttons for on this site!

how did you build this?

a lot of web dev code i write is written using next.js and react, but this site is built completely from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JS. i used figma, a popular design tool, for the layouts and the CSS.
